Welcome to Osho Meditation Center in Sedona! We are a a group of individuals, a gathering of friends, who enjoy getting together to share meditation, learn about ourselves and grow spiritually. You can learn simple Osho Active and passive Meditations, techniques specifically and scientifically designed for the contemporary over-charged mind and stress-impacted body. Join the fun as we learn simple techniques through dancing, watching the breath, chanting, chakra sounds, toning and more.

We'll do potlucks, game nights, movies in, movies out, dinner out, trips to art galleries, trips to local museums, road trips, etc. Just your basic friends hanging out kind of group. We won't do hikes in this group because the Sedona Hikes meetup group does that, but we'll do plenty of other things. Please create events of your own. This should be a real social event group. There other social groups in Sedona, but they are more focused. Let's just have fun.
